Shipping Information
Processing & Delivery Times: All orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, order volume, carrier performance, and delivery location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note tracking will not update until it is collected by the courier. This may be 1-3 business days after receiving your tracking number.
Authority to Leave (ATL): All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave by default. This means the courier is authorised to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
Once the courier has recorded the delivery as completed, Wheel Torque Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft or damage that occurs after delivery.
International Orders: At this time, we only ship within Australia.

To check shipping cost of your order simply add you item/s to cart and enter your delivery address at checkout. The shipping option for your chosen items will display here. Please note, shipping is charged by size/weight therefore heavier wheels or multiple sets will increase shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges – Second-Hand Items
No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for second-hand items if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
